Garry Cahill is a world-recognised tennis coach based in Ireland, with experience spanning the full performance pathway from youth development to the professional tour. He has served as both Davis Cup Captain and Billie Jean King Cup Captain for Ireland and has worked with numerous junior and senior players at Grand Slam level.
Garry coached Vitalia Diatchenko for 11 years, guiding her to a career-high WTA ranking of No. 70 WTA. He also coached Ireland’s Conor Niland to Grand Slam level and has developed numerous junior players who progressed to major championships. He has consulted on high performance players worldwide.
In addition to his coaching achievements, Garry is internationally recognised as a leading coach educator. He regularly presents at global, provincial, and national coaching conferences, sharing insights shaped by decades of high-performance experience and research.

He is a researcher at Dublin City University, specialising in athlete development and, in particular, the role of parents in youth sport.
